Description:

Adhesive for fixing ceramic, metal, sapphire and composite braces

Application:

Cleaning:

Before fixing braces, all teeth must be sanitized.

Clean teeth with abrasive and rinse with water

Air dry

Etching:

Apply etching gel to the tooth enamel at the place of fixation.

Do not etch all of the tooth enamel!

After application, wait 20 seconds

If bonding is carried out on baby teeth or teeth with high sensitivity to fluoride, it is recommended to apply the etching gel after a 90-120 second interval

Flushing:

Rinse thoroughly with water

Air dry

The etched enamel should be chalky white in color.

Bonding:

Apply a thin layer of bonding agent to each etched dry tooth in the area where the bracket will be attached.

Using the applicator, apply a small amount of adhesive to the bracket base and to the place where the bracket is installed on the tooth.

Within 25 seconds, position the bracket and press firmly

Good contact between the bond and the adhesive during increased pressure of the bracket on the tooth increases the strength of the connection.

Excess adhesive can be easily removed from the edges of the bracket bases after installation.

The arch can be placed 5 minutes after installing braces

For bonding plastic, composite and ceramic braces, check the instructions for the brackets you are using to see if special primers are required. If required, use only the recommended primer. The primer treatment of the bracket base is carried out before applying the adhesive and the adhesive is applied after the primer has completely dried. The adhesive is suitable for gluing any non-metallic braces that have retention surfaces on the base of the braces

Debonding of braces:

To remove braces, use a scaler and remove the remaining adhesive from the enamel interface along the adhesive joint and separate it from the tooth surface, or use special pliers for removing braces

Residues of adhesive must be removed from tooth enamel using carbide finishers, diamond finishers and polishing heads.

Treat tooth enamel with fluoride-containing liquids or gels

Precautionary measures:

Uncured polymer material may cause irritation

Wash your hands after handling the material

Use connecting materials at room temperature

Expiration dates are indicated on the packaging

To maintain shelf life, kits can be stored in a cool place, protected from light.

Do not store material near products containing eugenol

The etching contains 38% phosphoric acid, which is harmful to the skin and eyes. In case of contact with skin, rinse with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water and consult a doctor immediately
